Our standard boxes are industry-standard moving boxes - 18 1/8” × 18” × 16".

Items that violate this policy may void liability coverage.

Storage services are billed monthly. The more boxes you need stored, the lower the cost per box.

-$12/box for 1–3 boxes

-$10/box for 4–5 boxes

-$8/box for 6+ boxes

-Bulky items = $15/month per item

-Pickup is included. Return delivery is a $25 flat fee.

Yes. All plans have a 3-month minimum commitment.

Some bulky items are allowed but cost $15/month per item (ex: suitcase, guitar, fan).

One general rule: If you can’t carry it yourself, we can’t store it.

Contact Snap Storage and request a return delivery at least 48 hours in advance of when you need your items. A $25 delivery fee applies.

Snap Storage will handle late payments as follows:

7 days late: Snap Storage will send you a reminder to make your payment

30 days late: Snap Storage will pause access to items

60 days late: items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the discretion of Snap Storage

If you are unavailable during your scheduled pickup window, one free reschedule is allowed.

Additional missed pickups or same-day cancellations will incur a $25 no-show fee.
